Consider this mod I did for a one-armed customer of mine...
1 - combine the front and rear brake systems off the front
brake caliper using an adjustable proportioning valve.
2 - connect the clutch cable to the rear brake pedal (or
convert to hydraulic clutch)
3 - get used to holding the clutch disengaged whenever stopped,
or hang a sidecar on it.
