Depends on the part number of the module.
Also keep in mind that there are three different versions of the 6200 rpm
modules.

The only modules that do -not- use the cam sensor signal afaik, are
the ones that end in -01 suffix..
It strikes me as being odd that the street legal (no retard) version has two
models that end
in -99a and -00 and they are listed to fit the cam-sensorless bikes.
