Hmm. A lift is helpful.
Small boltcutters.
Magnetic lifter holders (hold from the top) (or two heavy paperclips bent
with hooks on the ends)
Cam cover puller/seal installer.
Inner cam bearing puller.
Inner cam bearing installer.
Depth micrometer.
Dial caliper.
5 ton press.
Lathe with a small boring bar.
Tappet block alignment tool (if you're replacing the lifters)
Curved duckbill pliers.
Four wooden clothespins.
Crane lifter clamps (holds lifters up from inside the cam chest while
installing the cam)

That's pretty much just from walking through the process in my head.
You might find a shop that rents out tools, or order them from various
sources. Jims is the best quality.
