yes, well, with a voltmeter anyway. Radio shack can hook you up with a cheap
pocket VOM.

Right above the passing lamp switch in the tin. Sheet metal is too thin for a
conventional
drill, use a 1/2 inch spot weld cutter to 'saw' a clean hole without distorting
it. (eighth inch
pilot hole is needed though)
