the SE-257 and SE-258 cams don't play well with the stock heads and
10.25:1
cast pistons. Not enough clearance between the intake valve and the
piston, some
grinding or flycutting is required.

As for you choice of what to do with your motor, the first step is to look
at how you use the bike
and what you want it to do for you.
