Yup, gotta go to where the knowledge and experience is.
If you have a financing or purchase question, go to the sales dept, I know nothing
about that stuff.
If you have a technical question, get to the service department. These are the
people that
know every square iota of the bikes from a mechanical standpoint.

It all rolls downhill anyway, the sales dept sells the bike and when the deal is
done, it's up to
the service department to keep the customer satisfied. The parts dept sells the
part and it's
likewise handed off to the service department to make it fit by hook or crook.
