I've found in many cases of CB tripping erroneously, the crimp terminals
on the wires that are connected to the CB had a bit of corrosion and were
creating heat at the crimp, that was heating up the breaker externally,
and causing it to trip even way below the rated load. Same goes for fuses.
Replace the terminals and solder them on.
