Yes, it may be HD, but there are two worlds of HD here, OEM production parts and
the rest of the stuff that you find in the catalog. Nothing fits/works/lasts like
an OEM
production part, most of that is made here in the US and is on a bike that carries
the
factory warrantee, the rest of the parts and accessories may be made anywhere and
won't
fall under the 12 month warrantee. Anything with the cross flag icon in the P&A
book carries
-no- warrantee of any kind, for itself or any part it takes out with it.
FWIW, whenever I change something on my bike, I try to find a part that came stock
on another
model that will do what I want on my bike.
