Well, you decide between form and function.
I replace quite a few 21 inch rims over the course of a year.
Not 19's. The extra sidewall does protect the rim from damage.
You might be able to lace the 19" double flange hub (43600-78) onto the 21" rim you
have now.
I've never tried, but if you did, then you could put on the 44090-92 kit.
Why not just get the sliders, brakes, rotors, hub and axle for a '00 dyna lowrider
or convertible.
Then you have the latest wheel bearings and four piston calipers.
