Call an exorcist!
Sounds too weird to be one cause, possibly a ground problem.
Are your handlebars grounded? Turn signal housing?
Just touch a wire from the negative battery terminal to the signal housing
and the headlamp shell, and see if things change.
Otherwise, go walk around the block, have a beverage, take a deep breath, and
start back
in at the battery, and check everything wire by wire. Something is amiss!
