Maybe it doesn't make a big difference, but when I set up the cylinders
in torque plates, I torque them as a front cylinder or rear cylinder with the
HD specified pattern. Then I bore and hone, and keep the cylinder torqued
as a front, marked as such, and install it on the front of the engine.

Every little bit helps, IMO.
