the SE-2 is a much longer duration cam, so generally, the 2 will have a torque
peak
at a much higher rpm thatn the SE-4.

Your choice of cam won't necessarily give you more torque, but will determine
where
in the powerband the most torque is developed.
Figure out where you want the torque, and search for a cam based on that.
